This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store and shipped from Australia.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Locations

Australia (Domestic)

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

International

We offer international shipping to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post and/or other trusted courier partners. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and parcel size.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If available, selecting Authority to Leave allows the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place. By selecting ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers where supported by the selected carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We may request photos or additional information to assist with investigations or claims.

  • Replacement or refund decisions are made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you’ll receive separate tracking details.
